Natural ways to cope with anxiety

HOLLA!!!! I'm so excited it's another month ( happy new month !), which means I can smell my birthday *Yay!*. In the spirit of this excitement, I discovered something for myself, and I decided to share! Trust your girl to always share. For one who likes to be certain, it's quite difficult not to be anxious. Someone who likes to plan, and by all means desire certainty can never mistake "fear" in her stomach for "butterflies". This is me now!
